I am not 100% sure if the restaurant is named the “Living Cafe” or “Hook And Ladder” but it is not really important as it was the orange cow that I liked.
I do know that “Hook And Ladder” did, in the past, organise "whole cow" cooking courses.
I have yet to visit the restaurant.
