Today I was disappointed to discover that there is no longer a restaurant here.

Many years I would bring my mother to Cruzzo’s for lunch every few weeks during the summer months and we both really enjoyed our visits to Malahide. A staff member once mentioned that Cruzzo’s had 110 staff and 17 chefs.

Cruzzo’s ceased trading in 2012 and the building remained unoccupied for a number of years and then it reopened as the Geisha Restaurant which I only managed to visit twice as their opening hours did not suit my schedule.

Unfortunately the Geisha Restaurant closed before the "first communion" season in 2018.

This visit I had a meal [outside] at the Siam Thai and I really enjoyed myself even though I dislike outdoor dining.
