BYOB stands for "bring your own bottle," "bring your own beer" or "bring your own booze.

BYOB is often placed on an invitation to indicate that the host will not be providing alcohol and that guests are welcome to bring their own. Some restaurants may allow customers to bring their own bottle, subject to fees or membership conditions. I first came across the expression in the 1970s when I visited a restaurant near the central bank in Dublin however as far as I can remember you could only bring wine and there was a bottle opening fee ["corking fee"].
