Elmwood Hall in Belfast is a distinctive building that originally served as the Elmwood Presbyterian Church. Designed by amateur architect John Corry and completed in 1862 (with its notable campanile spire added in 1872), it’s considered one of Ulster’s finest High Victorian designs, showcasing a unique blend of Italianate and other eclectic architectural styles. In the 1970s, Queen’s University Belfast acquired and converted the deconsecrated church into a concert and events venue, which it remains today.
