SISTER MICHAEL SAYS - ANOTHER HOTEL? CHRIST

PETERS PLACE URBAN EXPRESSION AND DEPRESSION

Unfortunately, quality street art in Dublin is becoming less frequent but on a good day one might find something new at this location.

Between Harcourt and Charlemont tram stops the green line Luas turns off Adelaide Road onto Peters Place. There was a Steel Supply Company known as Vernon Steel based at this location and for many years there was a lot of discarded metal onsite. The scrap is gone and the site is tidier than it has been in the past.

I have noticed that many spell it as Peter's Place rather than Peters Place and this could cause confusion as there is a hostel for the homeless known as Peter's Place and it is located not far away at Peter Street near Whitefriar Street Church.

It should be noted that another place for street art is St. Peter's Lane in Phibsborough.
