Unfortunately this utility cabinet is usually obscured by rubbish bags awaiting collection. Recently it is difficult to view because of construction work at Milano.
Thom McGinty (1 April 1952 – 20 February 1995), known as The Diceman, was a Scottish actor, model, and street artist specialising in mime, who spent most of his career in Ireland, where he became a landmark living statue and honorary Dubliner. My mother who is planning to be 100 in May was a big fan of the Diceman.
