END HOUSE LESLIES BUILDINGS OR AVONDALE ROAD [IS THIS ACTUALLY OCCUPIED OR IS IT REALLY AN EXTENSION]
I am not sure that this is actually located at Leslies Buildings. It is next door to 10A but as there does not appear to be a 10b and as 11 is elsewhere on the street I have a feeling that it may actually be an extension to No. 20 on Avondale Road. No 20 with an asking price of Euro 295,000 is shown as having sold for Euro 40,000 May 2016 and then at Euro 400,000 in August of the same year, I can only assume that the 40K is an error].
Every time I have seen this building the windows are 'blacked out'. Even the Google Maps view shows the windows in this condition. This time some of the curtain material appears to have come adrift. Also it would appear that an entrance [beside the utility cabinet] has been bricked up. In the past phone and electricity companies often purchased residential properties in order to house equipment ... maybe that is a possibility in this instance but maybe it is a 'granny flat'.
