GARDEN OF REMEMBRANCE PARNELL SQUARE - EASTER MONDAY 2021
When I visited today I noticed that the lift for wheelchair access was our of action because a large section of glass had been shattered. I am assuming that the damage was deliberate because I have noticed a number if similar incidences around the city.
Since I have started using the Sony 90mm G lens I have noticed that many upper windows are broken or in very poor condition.
The Garden of Remembrance is a memorial garden in Dublin dedicated to the memory of "all those who gave their lives in the cause of Irish Freedom". It is located in the northern fifth of the former Rotunda Gardens in Parnell Square, a Georgian square at the northern end of O'Connell Street.
