SHELTER IN PHOENIX PARK [THE PEOPLES FLOWER GARDENS]


The gardens which comprise an area of 22 acres were laid out and enclosed in 1864. They provide an opportunity to demonstrate Victorian horticulture at its best. They also contain a large lake and children's playground.
