I was a bit surprised to discover that I have no really good photographs of this and the only ones that I can find were taken at night. I will photograph it properly when I return to Galway at the beginning of September.
Éamonn O'Doherty (1939 – 4 August 2011), born in Derry, Northern Ireland, was an Irish sculptor, painter, printmaker, photographer and lecturer. He was best known for his sculptures in public places. He died, aged 72, in Dublin, Ireland.
