The 17 storey hotel has 158 bedrooms, bar and restaurant, conference facilities and a leisure centre. It will be rebranded as a Clayton in November, following the Dalata Group’s agreement to purchase the freehold property for €8.5m.

The hotel is situated on Steamboat Quay facing James Casey Walk. The hotel is 15 minutes away from Shannon Airport and is near the centre of Limerick. There are three historical attractions nearby: King John's Castle, the Hunt Museum and Bunratty Castle and Folk Park.
