RAISED GARDEN RISH LIFE CENTRE
Back in 2011 I when last photographed this garden and courtyard it was more attractive then than it is now.
To the best of my knowledge there are two courtyards. The larger of the two is open to Abbey Street at one end and it features a fountain and sculpture while the smaller one is a raised courtyard which has be described as "an oasis of greenery" and until recently it featured "Sweeney Ashtray" an attractive large mural.
