Throughout Ireland red metal sculptures keep appearing as public art installations and frequently the artist is not acknowledged ... you will know one when you see one. Another trend is to repurpose old marine buoys as has been done in this case but for some reason they are always painted red [ok, the ones in Buoy Park beside the Cathedral in Belfast were eventually painted different colours but they were not there when I visited last month].
