According to a construction worker that I spoke to this is the location of a new Student Accommodation Complex [yes another one]. Actually, he told me that there would by another similar development across the street.
My understanding is that this site at 25-29 Upper Dominick street was put on the market by Arnotts Ltd. in 2007 at a asking price of Euro 4 million. However it would appear that they still owned it in 2011.
