I MANAGED TO VISIT KILKENNY AT THE END OF JULY 2021
I have visited Kilkenny every year since 2011 and every visit it rained most, if not all, of the time.
In 2018 we had a heatwave here in Ireland, but when I visited Kilkenny it did not rain but the sky was overcast most of the time. On my first day I used a Sony 85mm GM lens and on the second day I used a Sony 24-70mm GM lens.
Because of a death in the family I had to move my late 2019 booking to April 2020.
Because of Covid-19 travel restrictions I had no option but to cancel all my 2020 visits to the city. Starting in January 2021 I booked a hotel every month and had to cancel and rebook until the last week in July 2021.
