POPPING UP LIKE MUSHROOMS
Many people including Green Party Councillor Ciarán Cuffe has criticised the utility cabinets associated with the new Luas Tram Service saying that they are "popping up like mushrooms" around the city and saying that a solution needs to be found to reduce their visual impact.
