Located in the Dublin docklands, Grand Canal Dock is where the canal meets the River Liffey. In the late 18th century it was the largest docks in the world. Significant redevelopment post-2000 resulted in many tech companies moving into the area, earning Grand Canal Dock the nickname “Silicon Docks”.
I walked from the High Cross at Harold's Cross to the KCR on the 9th February 2022 and photographed some of what I saw on the way.
