Originally it was to be the Andrew&#8217;s Lane Hotel but it now appears that it will operate as the Wren Open Nest or the Wren Urban Nest<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A quote from the past: &#8220;ALT by name, alternative by nature, Andrews Lane Theatre has quickly become a favoured hangout for Dublin\u2019s coolest kids.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Official description: &#8220;Wren Urban Nest is a stunning building with 137 rooms tucked into a surprisingly quiet corner of Dublin 2, Wren is the perfect place to rest in the city, and the most sustainable &#8211; as Ireland&#8217;s first net carbon place to stay.
