I used a Sony FX30 and as it has only an electronic shutter the images can show motion blur and that was a problem as there was a lot of moving cars getting in my way.

Up until two years ago this was an area that I had not explored in detail and in fact I did not know that is was Dundrum Road ... for some reason I thought that it was Taney Road.

Dundrum Road was originally a country road that connected Ranelagh [maybe Milltown] to Dundrum. The road was widened and improved in the 19th century to accommodate the increasing traffic between the city centre and the suburbs. In the 20th century, Dundrum Road became a major commercial and residential artery. The development of Dundrum Town Centre in the 1970s further cemented the road's importance.
